Q. What are your ministers hours?

A.  We perform weddings seven days a week between 9:00 am and 8:00 PM by appointment. We are closed on Christmas Day, and early on christmas eve.

Q. Does the Two Hearts Wedding Chapel have a late policy?

A. Yes. If the ceremony is delayed more then 15 minutes, a late fee of $50.00 will be applied. If the ceremony is more then 15 minutes late, Two Hearts reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel the wedding.

Q. "Save the Date" deposit?

A. A non-refundable "Save the Date" deposit is required to secure the date and time of your ceremony. The fee is deducted from the total cost, therefore only the remainder is due on or before the day of the event. After 1 day of booking your wedding, your deposit becomes non-refundable. The deposit can be payed by visa, mastercard, online money transfer, chq (if time allows for mailing/clearing) cash or debit.

Q. We just became engaged! What do we do next?

A. It is very important that you reserve the location for your wedding and reception. If you are planning a larger wedding, this is very important. Many restaurants and reception halls are booked up a year in advance. We can perform several weddings on a day, but the reception hall may only accommodate two receptions.

Q. Can we write our own vows and ceremony?

A. Yes, you can write your own ceremony, if you wish. Let us know is you are planning to do so. We ask that we have the final copy 1week before the wedding. We can also suggest materials to use.

 Q. Are rings a legal requirement?

A. No they are not. They are symbols or tokens of the love that is to be shared between the two people being married. Most couples do have a double ring ceremony.

 Q. Do we need to memorize our vows?

A. Please relax! Your wedding day is meant to be a happy one for you. It can be very stressful if you have to remember your vows. Your minister will prompt you with a few words at a time for your vows and ring exchanges.

 Q. Can we get married next to the Falls?

A. No. The city does not allow weddings next to the falls. The closest you may get married to the falls is at Oaks Gardens Theatre. The falls can be seen in the background. You must reserve the garden in advance at Niagara Parks. www.niagaraparks.ca or 1-877-642-7275. Rental fee of $600.00. Must be booked no matter the number of guests.

Q. Can I arrange a rehearsal?

Yes, 1/2 hr rehearsals can be requested in advance for an additional charge of $75.00. Available Monday to Friday

Q. I dont have any witnesses, could you help me?

Yes, we can provide you with 2 witnesses for $20.00 each. We would need advance notice that you require 2 witnesses.
